The CEO
Prof. Muhammad Abdullah Mesfer Al-Zahrani holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) in 1986 and holds a master’s degree in civil engineering majoring in Water and Environmental Engineering from KFUPM in 1989 and holds a PhD degree in Civil Engineering in Water Resources Engineering and Planning from Colorado State University, USA in 1995. Professor Muhammad joined as a faculty member in the Department of Civil Engineering at KFUPM in 1987 and started as lecturer. He retired from the university as professor in the year 2022.
During his academic career, he taught many subjects at the bachelor’s degree level and also at the postgraduate level. He has successfully supervised many master’s and PhD students in the field of water resources, hydrology, and environment. Furthermore, Prof. Muhammad has conducted many funded studies and researches related to the fields of: Water, Hydrology and Environment, which have been endorsed and published in many specialized scientific journals locally and globally. Professor Muhammad participated in attending and delivering lectures in many local and international conferences related to water and environment.
Currently, he is the CEO of Modern Dimension Engineering Consultancy (MDEC), adept in building solid custom relationships, utilizing initiative and interpersonal skills to ensure client satisfaction. He is fully qualified and experienced professional engineer registered with the Saudi Engineering Council (SEC).
